The ease of living with us is that with your monthly payment you don't have to worry about anything else. Your payment includes all the utilities, the cleaning of the common areas twice a week and the necessary products to do the cleaning.

Although we love animals, we don't accept any other pets besides the ones that live at home already. However, your friends can come and visit you with their pets.

Your deposit fee is the only requirement to live with us. This will ensure your stay, as agreed, and will help us to assure you will pay attention and care of the things at home. At the end of your contract you will be refunded a part of the amount, only if all the things in your room are in perfect condition.

La garantía es el único requerimiento para vivir con nosotros. Esto nos asegura tu estadía en los terminos acordados así como la atención y el cuidado de las cosas de casa. Al final de tu contrato se te devolverá una parte del monto, sólo si todas las cosas en tu habitación están en perfectas condiciones.

Our leases are for a minimum stay of two months, which allows sufficient immersion to enjoy the space and get closer to the community. We do not have a maximum stay.

Nuestros contratos son por una estancia mínima de dos meses, lo que permite gozar de una conexión verdadera con la comunidad y un disfrute pleno de nuestros espacios. No tenemos estadía máxima, puedes quedarte con nosotros por todo el tiempo que desees.
Our cleaning service is leading by an experienced housekeeper. This person comes twice a week to clean the common spaces in the house: living room, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard and hallways. The elements for this cleaning are included in your monthly payment.

Nuestro servicio de limpieza lo realiza una ama de llaves experta. Esta persona viene dos veces a la semana a limpiar los espacios comunes: sala, comedor, cocina, baños, patios y corredores. Todos los productos para dicho aseo están incluidos en tu pago mensual.
