The ease of living with us is that with your monthly payment you don't have to worry about anything else. Your payment includes all the utilities, the cleaning of the common areas twice a week and the necessary products to do the cleaning.

Your deposit fee is the only requirement to live with us. This will ensure your stay, as agreed, and will help us to assure you will pay attention and care of the things at home. At the end of your contract you will be refunded a part of the amount, only if all the things in your room are in perfect condition.

Our leases are for a minimum stay of two months, which allows sufficient immersion to enjoy the space and get closer to the community. We do not have a maximum stay.

To extend your stay you have to inform us one month in advance, this prevents us from reserving for another person.

Our cleaning service is leading by an experienced housekeeper. This person comes twice a week to clean the common spaces in the house: living room, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard and hallways. The elements for this cleaning are included in your monthly payment.
