There are 8 people in each location. Do not forget our houses are huge, so you wont feel the spaces are crowded. There are five bathrooms in each house, two of which are private and the other three are for the use of six people. --------------------- Hay cinco baños en cada casa, dos de los cuales son de uso privado y los otros tres son para el uso de seis personas.

Don't feel shy to personalize your space. We only recommend you to return those things you are not going to use and, at the end of your time here, give us back the items in perfect condition. --------------------- No sientas pena de personalizar tu espacio. Sólo te recomendamos que devuelvas las cosas que no vas a usar y que, al final de tu estancia aquí, nos devuelvas los artículos en perfecto estado.

The ease of living with us is that with your monthly payment you don't have to worry about anything else. Your payment includes all the utilities, the cleaning of the common areas twice a week and the necessary products to do the cleaning. --------------------- Lo mejor de vivir con nosotros es que con tu pago mensual no tendrás que preocuparte por nada más. Tu pago incluye todos los servicios, la limpieza de las áreas comunes dos veces por semana y los productos necesarios para hacer la limpieza.

Although we love animals, we don't accept any other pets besides the ones that live at home already. However, your friends can come and visit you with their pets. --------------------- Aunque amamos a los animales, no aceptamos otras mascotas aparte de las que ya viven en casa. Sin embargo, tus amigos pueden venir a visitarte con sus mascotas.

To preserve the energy of the community, we do not accept couples. Even so, your partner can come, visit you and stay at home sometimes; we have no problem with that. We seek to make our spaces ideal for sharing and meeting new friends. --------------------- Para mantener la energía de la comunidad, no aceptamos parejas. Aún así, tu pareja puede venir a visitarte y quedarse en casa a veces, no tenemos ningún problema con eso. Buscamos que nuestros espacios sean ideales para compartir y conocer nuevos amigos.

Our price is designed to give you the greatest comfort and to ensure that the space is conditioned in the best way, so we cannot negotiate the value of it. --------------------- Nuestros precios están diseñados para brindarte gran comodidad y asegurarte que el espacio esta acondicionado de la mejor manera, por lo tanto no podemos negociar el costo del arriendo.

Your deposit fee is the only requirement to live with us. This will ensure your stay, as agreed, and will help us to assure you will pay attention and care of the things at home. At the end of your contract you will be refunded a part of the amount, only if all the things in your room are in perfect condition. --------------------- La garantía es el único requerimiento para vivir con nosotros. Esto nos asegura tu estadía en los terminos acordados así como la atención y el cuidado de las cosas de casa. Al final de tu contrato se te devolverá una parte del monto, sólo si todas las cosas en tu habitación están en perfectas condiciones.

To reserve a room you must contact us directly. We will send to you the information to pay the guarantee of 300.000 COP, which will make your reservation official according to availability. --------------------- Para realizar la reserva de una habitación debes contactarnos directamente. Te enviaremos la información para que puedas pagar el depósito en calidad de garantía de 300.000 COP, el cual hará oficial tu reserva según la disponibilidad.

Our leases are for a minimum stay of two months, which allows sufficient immersion to enjoy the space and get closer to the community. We do not have a maximum stay. --------------------- Nuestros contratos son por una estancia mínima de dos meses, lo que permite gozar de una conexión verdadera con la comunidad y un disfrute pleno de nuestros espacios. No tenemos estadía máxima, puedes quedarte con nosotros por todo el tiempo que desees.

To extend your stay you have to inform us one month in advance, this prevents us from reserving for another person. --------------------- Para extender tu contrato deberás informarnos con un mes de antelación, esto evitará que otra persona reserve tu habitación.

Our cleaning service is leading by an experienced housekeeper. This person comes twice a week to clean the common spaces in the house: living room, kitchen, bathrooms, backyard and hallways. The elements for this cleaning are included in your monthly payment. --------------------- Nuestro servicio de limpieza lo realiza una ama de llaves experta. Esta persona viene dos veces a la semana a limpiar los espacios comunes: sala, comedor, cocina, baños, patios y corredores. Todos los productos para dicho aseo están incluidos en tu pago mensual.
