At Tabula Rasa we are a family of friends who respect and appreciate each other's ideas and interests. Therefore it is important that you keep in mind the following rules and recommendations.
Be tolerant
Our key and number one rule is respect for each other's difference, point of view and ideas.
Don't touch or use the other's things without asking first
Always ask before taking anything from anyone.
Home parties are forbidden
You can invite friends over, always making sure to respect and the good behavior of your guests.
Do not open the door to strangers
If there is someone ringing and you don't know who the person is, don't open the door.
Smoke only on the patio or open spaces such as balconies
The smell of cigarettes is not comfortable for anyone. Don't let the house take on that odor.
Put cigarette butts in the ashtrays in the yard
If one is not available, throw it in the trash. Do not leave it on the floor.
Use the washing machine once a week
This allows others to have the same opportunity for use.
Pick up your clothes when they are dry
This will leave room for others.
When using the kitchen, leave all utensils clean
Don't keep dirty dishes in your room, there are others who might need them.
Take care of all the elements of the house
Let us know if you break something or find something in bad condition.
There is a fee for receiving another person for more than 8 nights per month
The price will be $15,000 per extra night. We also look forward to hearing from you directly about these long visits.
Respect the other's rest
Therefore, between Sunday and Thursday it is forbidden to hold meetings or play music after 10pm.
Keep common areas clean
Pick up your personal belongings from the common areas, specially if you receive visitors.
Make sure your bedroom windows are closed when you leave the house
Especially if your window faces the street.
Turn off the lights in the common areas if you are the last one to go to the bed
Also, you can turn off lights that are not being used.
Always keep the front door closed
This will prevent thieves from entering or pets from escaping.
Don't take hours in the shower
It is expensive for the environment and for the house.
Classify garbage according to the recycling plan
If it is not clear to you, you can ask us or read the signs.
Take care of your pet and take charge of its behavior
You must assume its cleanliness. Any damage or inconvenience caused will affect your deposit.
Most importantly, enjoy your time with us
Always remembering that you live with others and the place is your home.
Penalties
It is important to remember that, in order to maintain a harmonious coexistence in our community, it is essential to follow the community rules. In case of non-compliance with these rules, fines may be applied in order to encourage respect and collaboration among all members. These sanctions are necessary to ensure that we can all enjoy a pleasant and well-kept environment. Taking care of our home is everyone's job!
Home parties are forbidden
You can invite friends over, but disturbing the rest of roomies and neighbors will result in a $500,000 fine and a warning. In case you are involved in a second major event, we will ask you for the space and you will have 15 days to leave the house for serious fault.
At the third warning, we will ask you for the space
There are some rule violations that are more serious than others. In the event that we are forced to ask you to leave, you will have two weeks to do so, bearing in mind that repeated offenses are a serious infraction.
Pet cleaning
We will notify you twice about your pet's cleaning. In case we have to do it a third time, we will proceed to deduct $15,000 for the cleaning that our team has to assume.
