In the mid-twentieth century, families from Bogota and some from other parts of the country began to arrive to the land on which the neighborhood of La Soledad emerges today.
This sector, located in the Teusaquillo district, shone with its own light in Bogota; huge houses with English-style front gardens, green areas and wide roads, were part of an environment that today survives as a bohemian corner within the modernism of the capital.
From north to south, La Soledad is located between 45th and 34th Streets, and from east to west between 19th and 28th Streets, the latter crossing the Park Way, one of the most representative points of the sector.
The neighborhood is located in a strategic location in the city, just minutes from downtown and close to the main places of interest.
